Audio Visual: NCaeyc will supply a projection screen, projection stand, and projection cables. If you need additional audio visual equipment please click here to download, save, and print the audio visual order form. Select the items you need and mail the form with payment to American AV. All orders must be submitted to American AV no later than September 10th. Note: If your presentation needs require the capability to project audio through a lap top, mp3 player, or other audio device, please remember to order a Computer Audio Connection cable located on the order form. There will be a $20 fee for internet access Floor plans: Follow this link for the floor plans for the Convention Center, Marriott and Sheraton to locate your assigned room(s). Handouts: As a courtesy, NCaeyc will post workshop handouts on our website for attendees after the Conference. If you will be using handouts, please bring enough handouts to your session, but if you fall short, attendees will be able to access our website after the Conference to view or print your handouts.
